Overview
Due to the intimate nature of swim and gym wear, I unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Please choose carefully and use the sizing chart provided to ensure that you are purchasing the right size. Rees Kids items are designed to be a snug fit, so if this is not to your liking, make sure you choose a larger size (please be aware that if you choose a larger size, your item will not be as well-fitting as the photographs on this site).
For any purchased items that are not swim or gym related, I would be happy to provide a refund if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Any postage costs will be paid for by you.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, I cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, I will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact me before sending anything back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
Exchanges
I will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something, please contact me.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
